About Child Evangelism Fellowship

We are all about reaching children with the Gospel.

Child Evangelism Fellowship®, Central Orange County Chapter (CEFCOC) exists to serve the local church in bringing the Good News of Jesus to children right where they live and go to school. Many children never live near a church and have never heard the Gospel.

"How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have not heard?… How beautiful are the feet of those who preach good news!" (Romans 10:14-15 ESV)

We have two secondary ministries, CYIA TM (Christian You In Action®) and Community Fairs. CYIA TM is a training program for high school and college students. Our Community Fairs are seasonal outreach ministries. The fairs we man a booth at are in the cities of Yorba Linda, Tustin, and Anaheim. Currently we are looking for volunteers to start Christmas Across America, Party Clubs, and clubs for middle schoolers called JYC TM (JYou ConnectionTM).

Additionally, we are partners with CEF Central Orange County Chapter's Mail Box Club which is a Bible correspondence program. They mail Bible lessons to the children we minster to and, in a sense, they become pen-pals with them. We conduct training for our workers and other Christians who are called to evangelize children. Let us know if you would like to become a part of the CEF® family. Our purpose is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus, disciple them in the Word of God and establish them in a local church for Christian living.

Why reach children for Jesus? Studies show that if a person is presented with the Gospel message before the age of 14 they are 80 percent more likely to trust Jesus as Savior.

With 83 years of experience, CEF demonstrates that children can and do make life-changing decisions to follow Jesus. That's why we must reach children!
